We are commited to reducing the amount of packaging used. We will always try to use recycled boxes and packing when delivering your order. Your sweets will be beautifully wrapped but we do not believe a fancy outer box will enhance your enjoyment of your sweets!
All orders are sent Royal Mail Parcel Post.
We do not offer a guaranteed next day service although Royal Mail do often deliver next day.
We only supply to UK addresses. We do not supply overseas.

We charge a flat fee of £4.95 to cover postage & packaging regardless of the size of your order.
Some of our products contain nuts and peanuts. All of our products are kept in a premesis that also stores nuts. We cannot guarantee your order to be free of nuts or nut traces..
We try to list ingredients for all products. This is constantly being updated due to changing declarations from suppliers. All of the ingredient information is provided to us by our suppliers, therefore we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the content.
We occasionally use alternative suppliers for our stock and cannot guarantee that ingredients will be an exact match.
Due to the large number of products on sale we are sometimes out of stock of certain items. If this happens we will contact you with details. We can substitute your choice for something similar or we can send the rest of your order and you can reorder the out of stock item at a later date or we can hold your whole order until the item is back in stock. Don't worry - we will always ask you before we do anything!

Due to the nature of the products on sale we do not accept returns for unwanted items. We will replace or refund any item if you are not totally satisfied.
